Esta pasantía remunerada les da la oportunidad de poner en práctica sus nuevas habilidades y de desarrollar su liderazgo y sus capacidades sociales y profesionales durante todo el tiempo que quieran comprometerse con el Café Momentum. Además, el Café Momentum trabaja con el Departamento de Justicia Juvenil del condado de Dallas para atender a los jóvenes que corren el mayor riesgo de encarcelamiento.
