El restaurante está situado en 2091 Winston Park Drive, directamente junto al teatro Cineplex. La auténtica cocina italiana de la Trattoria Timone se atribuye a la experiencia y la pasión de su personal de cocina en el área gastronómica, dirigida directamente por Michel Fronteddu, quien ha sido el jefe de cocina durante 28 años y es además el propietario del restaurante desde 2002. El éxito del chef Michel y su equipo de profesionales se basa en que todo se elabora en el lugar, utilizando únicamente los ingredientes más frescos que estén disponibles. Los gnocchi elaborados a mano, el helado elaborado en casa, y el cultivo de sus propias hierbas orgánicas, son sólo algunos ejemplos de la calidad y la dedicación que distingue a la Trattoria Timone de los restaurantes de cadena. We had an excellent meal at Cucci. We ordered the spaghetti with duck confit, penne with beef ragu and the short rib. All were absolutely delicious. The Ripasso Italian wine was perfect and the service was very friendly and professional. The ambiance was charming as always. We are so glad that Cucci is open on Christmas Eve !!

Our party of 3 was at the restaurant to celebrate our friend's 95th birthday. Both our servers were exceptional and very efficient even with the restaurant being very busy. Food was very tasty and arrived in a timely manner. A complimentary glass of Prosecco and a delicious dessert along with a birthday candle and song was delivered to our table.....the recipient was so pleased. Thank you for your fine service......it was a wonderful celebratory outing for all of us.
