She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight. We had a very entertaining dinner. Antwan, our chef was very charismatic and his food was delicious. If you request him, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful! Food is great, service was awesome. Only gripe is you cannot order some of the bar menu items in the restaurant part.

I always enjoy the food and ambiance there. I did order something different (chicken and broccoli Alfredo) and it was not as tasty as the other dishes I’ve had in the past. However, it still is a good place to eat and socialize. The staff continues to be professional and courteous.
