Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program.
