Located in Signal Hill, New Camp’s name pays tribute to Sarcee Camp and the 50,000 WWI soldiers who trained there. Baekjeong literally means butcher in Korean which is a name we hold proud of. We proudly serve only the finest cuts of Premium Alberta Sterling Silver meat which prepared by 15 years experienced butcher.
