La Osteria di Russo & Russo es propiedad del padre e hijo Pino y Marc Russo, apoyados en la cocina y el salón por un dedicado equipo de "italianos honoríficos", muchos de los cuales trabajaron juntos anteriormente en el Bridge Room del distrito financiero de Sídney. Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are open Tuesday to Thursday lunch and dinner during TAFE Term time until 28 November 2024.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. An evening out with 7 girlfriends to celebrate some birthdays. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived and taken to our seats. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious. Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later. We went at 6:30 and there were quite a few families there so it was a little noisey but we still had a great night.

From the moment we entered the venue we were welcomed like regular customers, though it has been years. The friendly, prompt and attentive service was commendable. We liked a particular wine, which came as a pairing to one of the courses, and they kindly sold us a bottle. A return visit is definitely in the cards, we had the Tutto Bene so next time we will try ala carte.

Sashimi is very fresh. We had the Private Dining Set C and the food was presented well and delicious.
