Quiet and clean, good ambiance. Service was good for a Sunday night. Food was on point and the chocolate dome desert was a spectacle to behold and consume!

Excellent food, staff and service as usual. Menu is short and sweet but clearly aimed at quality over quantity. We always enjoy the quaint charm and unique character the venue offers. Chartier is hands down the best restaurant in town, it’s always a pleasure to bring new friends and family to share the experience with.

All I can say is....WOW WOW WOW!!! Outstanding place. We enjoyed it very much. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the drinks....just amazing. It was Christmas day and my hubby and I were out of town. I wanted to find something different from the usual pub food that we eat. The Chinese food was not a disappoinment. The food was fresh, everything was handmade, the flavors were out of this world. What a neat surprise to have Beef and Broccoli served where the beef is crispy and has a wonderful sauce on it, not like the usual soggy flavorless beef and broccoli in other restaurants. The dumplings come in different shapes and sizes. The service was amazing. The staff were genuinely happy. The smiled and joked and made us feel very welcome. We were celebrating my birthday, which is boxing day, so the staff decorated our table for the occasion. Very nice jesture. I recommend trying the Saki when you go. Very good. We will be going back again.

I celebrated my 45th birthday here with my husband... the guest attendant said i don't look 45, maybe 25, so from that I am already liking it there. Lol. Kidding aside, at first we thought the place was quite and looks empty, it was around 4pm, we thought it's going to be boring. But after few minutes the room was full and alive with people and music playing at the background. Then people became noisy. We enjoyed our meal, the steak was great, yes, it was $72 rib eye steak but so juicy and tasty.. I even got a birthday dessert on the house! Excellent customer service by our attendant, shout out to Ruheen! She is friendly, attentive and presentable.
