FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales.     Went for my Christmas Eve brunch, which was really for my birthday, and even though there was only one server she was very accommodating. Would go back.

    What a lovely place! I went for breakfast this time (dinner last time). It was just perfect. I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast which was both delicious and beautiful. An off-menu order of a couple of egg whites was easily accepted. Strangely, the egg whites were absolutely delicious! I stay "strangely" because how can egg whites be great? But they were! Do yourself a favor and go to Apropos for any meal or just a drink or dessert. You will be glad that you did!

    Always a nice experience but over $200 before tip for 3 people...no apps or pre salads...no desserts or coffee...or after dinner drinks.....we each had 2 glasses of wine tho. Stills seems a bit steep.

    The food and service at Brother’s Fish & Chips is always exceptional. We love celebrating special occasions here as well as coming for an ordinary night out. You cannot go wrong with the tasting menu if you do choose that option. Elmer is a genius in the culinary space! Thank you Brother’s Fish and Chips for always providing an outstanding experience.
