Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro. Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms.     This is our favorite dining spot in Boulder. We especially love the first floor bar & upstairs lounge. The service is excellent & ambiance very upscale speakeasy. Our servers/hostess the two Graces, Siera & Kenna were really fabulous. Only downside is a bit too much salt in the selections we ordered but the overall experience is festive & lovely!

    This is our third time eating at Black Cat Farm and the experience is always lovely. We were greeted at their beautiful farm with flutes of champagne and hot apple cider in tea cups. There’s warm wood fire stoves running everywhere and it’s so beautiful. Food was stellar and we even got to chat with the chef at the end of the night. Highly suggest for a special evening!

    The Mother’s Day brunch at Hotel Boulderado was fantastic. The carving station and seafood stood out especially. Staff was very friendly.
