The Peached Tortilla está ubicado en 5520 Burnet Rd. (Ste. 100) y su especialidad es la comida casera asiática con un toque del sur de los EE.UU. Si bien el restaurante ha llevado algunos de los favoritos de la comida callejera hasta el restaurante, incluyendo sus famosos tacos y pequeños sándwiches, presenta además nuevos artículos en el menú con la influencia del chef Eric Silverstein y la niñez que pasó en Asia.
