Good central location, lovely atmosphere, staff helpful and food top quality. Shares a mix platter which was quite expensive but was delicious

After the soup, I chose the beef roast. A good choice as the food was fantastic. The portions were very generous - so much so, I failed to eat it all! ( I should have gone for the small roast beef and left some room for dessert) A varied menu with the expected options, plus some more unusual dishes available. The service was efficient without being intrusive or hurried. All in all, a most enjoyable evening in a cosy setting. Thanks to the friendly staff and, although I am not local, I'm sure it won't be long before I'm back.

Lovely food and great service. This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve eaten here and it’s always excellent.

Had a fabulous meal, great portion sizes, very tasty and served piping hot. The servers were attentive and friendly. Prices really well too. We will definitely go back on our next visit

The Pooley bridge Inn is our favourite restaurant in Pooley Bridge as it’s so dog friendly and the service is superb and the food is always delicious. Can’t fault it to be honest
