The Maples Dining Room features millwork dating to 1699 and retains the original Indian shutters that protected settlers from Colonial-era attacks. Coppers, the original winter kitchen of the 1649 homestead, provides an elegant and romantic setting. We were there to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday. The staff, especially Faith, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to treat my mom to an experience she'll never forget. We had a great time, the food was terrific, and we couldn't have asked for better as far as being treated as if we were truly special.

It was our 37th Wedding Anniversary and when we were seated, along came 2 glasses of bubbly and a congratulatory greeting from our Server. We had a sensational 4 course meal and at the end of the meal we were again surprised by a gorgeous, complimentary dessert “warm donuts with ice cream and chocolate script “Happy Anniversary”! What an incredible restaurant and Staff. We have a reservation pre- New Years Eve celebration, with our daughter and partner. It’s her Birthday dinner and it’s a surprise right now. Wonderful experience, thank you “Earth”!
