The Rosemary Peppercorn bramble was outstanding, I highly recommend it. Food was tasty and decent portion sizes. I wasn’t aware a lot of the seating were stools at tables but the staff was accommodating and we were able to move so I had a booth seat behind me. I would go here again!

Amazing food! Brisket burger was flavourful and juicy, the side salad was actually my favourite! A light salad with fantastic flavour. Our server was great as well! My first time here but will definitely come more often after trying it once!

Open table reservation was not sent to restaurant even after confirmation was confirmed;best to phone restaurant to assure a reservation. Food and service at Brewsters was good

I wasn’t sure about this hotel restaurant due to some reviews that focused on service. Were were there 1.5 hours before an Oiler game and the service was great. Food was delicious and was happy with the portion size. Short rib risotto was very good, the portion size was slightly small. Kale salad and two pizzas were also really good. The food coming out around us looked very good with big portion sizes on the pasta and sandwiches. Very good overall.
