Cheddar�s Casual Caf� serves the Fort Worth, Texas area. It is more accurately named Cheddar�s Scratch Kitchen because since beginning in 1979 all menu items are created from scratch. No frozen, highly-processed, toss in the microwave food here. The difference is obvious, especially with the onion rings, baked potato soup, house smoked baby back ribs and burgers. Each and every appetizer, entr�e, side and dessert uses honest, fresh ingredients. One of the newer menu items at Cheddar�s Casual Caf� is the BBQ chicken platter. This is slow-roasted chicken quarters with scratch-made honey BBQ sauce. It can be ordered by itself or combined with a half rack of baby back ribs. Big appetites will appreciate the new 20-ounce bone-in rib eye at Cheddar�s Casual Caf� followed by the amazing legendary monster cookie that is baked to order, topped with ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.
