Drawing upon the rich history of Milwaukee’s craftsmanship we present, Craft. The history of Milwaukee dates to the early 17th and 18th centuries when traders first began to travel through and eventually settle in what is now Milwaukee. Deep European roots brought craftsmen and skilled hands to the area and to this day an ethic of hard work and determination inhabits the spirit of the city. Early on the area was full of coopers, butchers, shoemakers, and farmers. Milwaukee’s beer history started in the 1840’s, driven by the presence of the frontier settlement near the Great Lakes. Immigrants, including Welsh and German settlers, yearned for the native beers of their homelands, so they embarked on making delicious craft beer with techniques from their native countries. Craft features a cuisine including locally sourced foods, hand crafted cocktails, and a vast selection of local beer.

    We visit Mr. B's every other year or so, and it's always great. This time my wife and I split the wedge salad, she had a filet, and I ordered the NY. Steaks for great. Service was a bit slow, and after carefully examining the wine last at home, checking many many bottles via my Wine Spectator account, it turned out that none of the 4 wines I chose were available. One was a Bordeaux, and they had only 1 of the 6 Bordeaux wines available that were on their list. The Zin I wanted wasn't available either. So, we ordered wines by the glass. I ordered a drink and then a glass of wine to be served with dinner. The glass of wine came 5 minutes after the dinner was served (a personal pet peeve of mine. Overall, the meal was great, but the wine and service issues thwarted perfection.

    The restaurant was extremely busy for a Friday but it didn’t impact our experience at all. The food and and service were exceptional. Highly recommended!

    Family was in town, including daughter who is a Wisconsin native, and it was a perfect place to gather young (grandsons) and old (grandparents). Highly recommended.

    Very good flat crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. But not as good as the pizza at the original Zaffiro's on Farwell in Milwaukee.
