A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for. Our 7,000 square foot space is located in the Downtown Commons Neighborhood (DOCO) in the lobby of The Sawyer Hotel. Situated on the bustling J Street corridor facing the Golden 1 Center main entrance. The restaurant is decorated very nicely. Several diners in our party ordered the turkey dinner and were quite pleased. The bucatini, fall squash soup, caesar salad, and grain bowl were equally delicious. The server was busy but managed to come by to check on us. It was a nice and intimate Thanksgiving dinner for our small party of 5.

My wife and I had a lovely experience with everything from the bread to the drinks, appetizers, and main course!! Bone marrow asada is a must try!! Pork belly burnt end melt in you mouth crazy good!! Pea tendrils also amazing side!! It's slept on! Spencer steak nice piece of meat recommended by my good friend and chef Christopher!! Thanks again for the great food. My wife had sea food shrimp and artichokes, and it was also amazing as well!! Will be coming back soon!!

We love the salsa sampler and brunch options. Definitely a chill vibe in the morning. Food is delicious and service is always attentive and kind. It’s a favorite of ours near the Golden One Center.

This place is a wonderfully authentic pub right in the middle of Old Town. My boyfriend spent some time in London and truly misses a specific dish - Bangers and Mash. They absolutely nailed it for him. I had the beet salad, and I am now trying feverishly to re-create it at home.
