Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. Returning to Seattle, he bought an offset smoker, imported some post oak, mesquite and hickory, and started the Seattle Brisket Experience.After more than a year of practicing the art of barbecue, and serving old-school, succulent smoked meats to thousands of Northwest BBQ fans at ‘BBQ Raves’, Jack opened his first restaurant in the South of Downtown (SoDo) area of Seattle – Jack’s BBQ in 2014.At our newest location on the border of Bellevue and Redmond, we serve authentic Central Texas Barbecue with Brisket, Ribs, Sausage and Chicken. Went for the first time to celebrate a girlfriend’s birthday and the tearoom is so cute and charming! The food was great, the service was helpful and friendly, the tea was delicious and the assortment of fingerfood were delightful and yummy! The ambience was very festive due to it being the holiday season which was a bonus and can’t wait to revisit see how it’s decorated normally!

The food was delicious!!! I had the Lemon shrimp Gnocchi, my grandson had a small pizza and my guy had a Italian Grinder and he said it was delicious... The pizza was delicious as well... And our server and other waitstaff were awesome!!! We will come again and again... Oh and we had Garlic knots and they were delicious also!!😋😋😋
