They are the best. Great food. And the Ambiance is amazing.

The overall experience was excellent!! The only criticism I have is as follows: 1) When I made the reservation, I made sure to note that we were celebrating 2 Birthdsys tonight!! That was not acknowledged by ANYONE IN THE STAFF!! 2) When we arrived, I told the hostess we had reservations for 3 at 7 pm. She never asked for the name on the reservation or even looked up the reservation to confirm it. She just seated us. If they had checked the open table reservation, they would have seen we were celebrating 2 Birthdays that night. Sorry but in this case the devil is in the details, and it would have been a better experience if they would have confirmed the open table reservation so they would have seen we were celebrating 2 Birthdays which their staff NEVER acknowledged the entire evening!! That was VERY disappointing!!

Food amazing, everything was delicious, people were very friendly

me and my wife had dinner here and it was excellent. our waitress Palmoa was very nice, and even asked us if we had any special requests that she can do for us. even the GM's stopped by our table to greet us. the food was also amazing. the restaurant was very clean and elegant. we will definitely be returning. i highly recommend visiting Flame & Fire

My college friend for 40 years and I had the most wonderful afternoon tea experience at Sotherton Tea Room in Lincoln, California. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed into a beautifully designed, cozy space that felt both elegant and inviting. The experience was made even more special by the outstanding service from Amanda and Jan. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to explain each dish and tea selection, and made sure we felt completely at home. Their patience and warmth stood out, especially when they helped us capture beautiful memories in different parts of the tea room—because let’s be honest, every corner of this place is Instagram-worthy! Overall, this was a truly unforgettable experience, and we will absolutely be back.
