New this winter, Everett’s 8800 introduces an inspired prix-fixe dining experience that marries technical precision with Montana's bold spirit. Led by Executive Chef Nathan Bramlett, lunch and dinner services will offer a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, with the option to enjoy curated wine pairings.

Everett’s 8800 is open daily for lunch with two seatings; 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Live DJ sets raise the energy of the experience starting at 1 p.m., Friday through Sunday.

Dinner will be available Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Everett’s 8800 is located at the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift. A valid lift pass or scenic ride pass is required to access Ramcharger during lunch. Lift access is included with dinner reservations.

We've always loved coming to Everett's with our family. One of the highlights of the trip is taking the chairlift up to dinner and walking through the Enchanted Forest. This year we were very disappointed with the big menu change. They now require you to order in courses. It would be fine with adults only, but was not ideal for kids. Why isn't there a kids menu or some more kid friendly options? Especially being right next to the enchanted forest. We liked it much better when you could just order the meal you want. Probably won't continue our yearly tradition after this experience which is really too bad because we always loved it. The food is always good but iit really just wasn't a practical change. Also the menu online did not reflect this change. It was totally different. They need to advertise this new change. We looked up the menu before we got there and it was completely different.

This used to be our favorite spot on the mountain. Sadly, not anymore. When we went to order we learned that you can ONLY order a price fix menu for a minimum of $150/pp. Couldn’t even order a burger a la carte. Such a bummer to loose out favorite spot. Space was empty because of the changes made to the restaurant. Avoid unless you want to spend $$$$. Very disappointed.

No idea how this restaurant can command the price they do. I was seated on a wobbly table, charged high prices for single bite dishes and served by the bar tender (he was great), while many tables remained unoccupied. Overall the food for value is awful and possibly one of my worst culinary experiences in that regard, full stop.

Ate here two years ago and preferred the menu and livelier atmosphere. Now pre fixe menu and seems to have dictated a more staid restaurant. Service was super and liked the staff. Beautiful setting!

I have been having lunch here for many years and was disappointed that this year they have changed to an expensive prix fixe approach to the menu. Do skiers really need a one and a half hour four course lunch for $155? It’s a beautiful setting with an expensive menu and slightly above average food.

The quality of the food was underwhelming for the price and not consistent with the norms of a fine dining experience. The bison tenderloin in particular was cooked to leather quality, completely inedible.
