Ernest's Dining Room en NAIT ha sido descrito acertadamente como la "joya de la corona" en el Centro de Artes Culinarias Hokanson de la Escuela de Negocios. Su decoración se describe como "discretamente elegante". Ernests at NAIT offers a unique opportunity to have our Culinary Arts students provide an outstanding service by booking one of our semi-private room (up to 25 guests), a private room (up to 40-60 guests), or the entire restaurant buyout (up to 50-100 guests).

During the school year Ernest's is a venue for a variety of "special events" allowing students to demonstrate creativity while interacting with the community. The Toque Demagny Scholarship Dinner, Young Culinarians Conquering Cancer, Team NAIT and Le club Culinaire fundraisers, etc... provide students with the opportunity to challenge their personal and professional bests. We also feature wine dinners with regional wines paired to perfection with our students culinary creations.

A Wonderful Pre-Birthday Celebration at Ernest’s We had the pleasure of dining at Ernest’s at NAIT for my wife’s pre-birthday dinner, as the restaurant will be closed during the Christmas break. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to our server, Tron (also known as Tron of Marvel). Tron’s professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. He ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was seamless, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout the evening. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate our needs enhanced the celebration, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere for my wife’s special occasion. The food was, as always, exquisite, and the service from Tron elevated the entire experience. My wife had a very pleasant time, and it was a perfect way to celebrate in advance of her Christmas Day birthday. Thank you, Ernest’s, and a special thank-you to Tron, for making this evening so memorable for us. We look forward to returning again!

The turkey special was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. Every bite felt like a little piece of culinary heaven. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome without being overbearing. Whether you’re looking for a place to celebrate or simply enjoy amazing food, this spot is a must-visit!

Highly recommend Ernest's. Overall amazing dining experience. My wife and I went for our 22nd anniversary and I checked it off on our reservation. They had a chilled bottle of prosecco, handmade chocolates and a hand written card for us. All of the servers and the manager were top notch. The chef came out after and asked us about the entrees. Make sure you eat here.

Ernest's never disappoints. It's fine dining for a great price. The meal was delicious and so beautifully plated. I would highly recommend Ernest's to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

Our overall experience, from stepping in to Ernest’s until we leave, was excellent! The pasta and the cod were incredibly tasty, and the matcha dessert was outstanding! A big thank you to all the student chefs who made a delicious meal for my daughter’s 21st birthday. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The food was excellent as was the presentation. The servers great, not far away when we a question. They knew most of the answers to our questions and a couple of times had to find just a bit more information which they did. We had a great evening.
