Everything was great. I was sort of sad, they were out of the pork that looked and sounded amazing. Our server was wonderful. We had a late reservation so there was only one other table but clearly it can be a lively place on the weekends.

Poor communication with the host staff. We were seated late at a table setup for 5 and we were a party of 6. So we waiting longer and their solution was to cram 6 into the space for 5. Thirty minutes after our reservation time we were at the table that was empty the entire time we waited. With no apology or anything. Our server was delightful. Before our appetizers came someone suggested they could move us to another table which was much better suited for a party of 6. We had an enjoyable dinner. Shocking there was no attempt to make us feel welcome or important.

We enjoyed an exceptional experience dining at the Dorset Inn. The ambience is inviting , with the feel of an English Pub! The bar offers many special cocktails with a nice wine list. Our server, Kim was attentive, polite and friendly. I highly recommend the turkey croquettes, delicious and served with home made cranberry sauce. We stayed at the Inn which also included a delicious breakfast at the Bakery! Such a quaint New England town!

We were celebrating our anniversary, which I specified making our reservation. We were seated with 3 large parties-a table of 10/11, 7 and 5. Hard to have a conversation. This made for a disappointing experience, we dined there on our honeymoon 38 years ago and sad in our experience. Service excellent and dinner good ( duck skin should be crisp!!! Mine wasn’t and was chewy!).

Vintage inn with the ambience you’d expect. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Meals were exceptional. Won’t hesitate to return.

A roaring fire flanked by snowy windows, an efficient and friendly server, a good food! What mote could you want?! I got the Caesar burger and my only complaint is the burger was thin (think smashed) and too much sauce so was very messy to eat, but tasted good. We had a wonderful brunch! O’h, and our server quickly figured out my husband couldn’t do butter so made sure no butter or dairy anywhere near his eggs/potatoes or toast!

Crowded bar so there was no room to get a drink prior to our reservation. We were sat in the tavern but asked if there was any place quieter. The host said our original table wasn't ready yet but we told her we'd be fine to wait for it. It only took a few more minutes for it to be ready. The new room still pretty energetic but not nearly as loud and the ambience was much more quaint. Our server was fun and knowledgeable and very attentive. The food tasted great but it is on the more expensive side.
