Dominic"s Trattoria in Clayton is what a Trattoria is all about; Family owned and operated since March of 1997. Presenting authentic and regional dishes in a casual but elegant atmosphere. Some featured Italian dishes include Chicken Saltimbocca, Tenderloin Monte Carlo, Grilled Lamb Chops, Veal Milanese, Linguini with Fresh Clams and many other delectable creations. Dine in a cozy, relaxing atmosphere with gracious, personal service and a beautiful view of Shaw Park.

Complementary Valet Parking available in the evenings.

For any special event, from a rehearsal dinner to a business meeting, the Laveronda Room can accommodate 30 guests. The room has a flat screen for presentations with Internet access for you meeting needs. The McGuire Room can seat 12-14 people for smaller gatherings. We can also accommodate larger parties using dividers. Our bar holds about 25-30 people with a connected patio accommodating another 25-30 people. All areas are full service.

Absolutely lovely dining experience at Dominics. The restaurant is so warm and cozy. I enjoyed the delicious halibut special as well as the amazing homemade tiramisu. The service was excellent and the prices most reasonable. I look forward to returning.

Dominic's Trattoria is a fine restaurant. The food was excellent. Service was fine. Value was just OK since prices were high, but virtually all restaurants have prices out of control since Covid.

Very disappointed in level of service from our waiter. Find it hard to believe he is employed in what my wife and I have always believed to be one of the best restaurant in the area.

$50 for a bottle of LaCreme Pinot is outrageous. Valerie and Marvin are terrific servers. We always look forward to the tapenade, bread, drinks and delicious entrees. Thank you

Server was really good. Appetizers were decent, the dinner specials were well presented and tasty, while the trout was the worst I have had in a while. Desserts were outstanding. Wine selection was good. Bonus points for the EVOO on the table. Overall value for price: fair

Waiter could not be bothered with our table. Turned his back on us.Talked so fast we could not understand him. Paste was swimming in olive oil. Been to restaurants all over the world, it was the worst service I have seen in over 30 years. Meal made me sick to my stomach.

The food was amazing. We had a halibut special that was prepared perfectly - the mashed potatoes were out of this world.
