Guest bookings for the Winter 2025 semester will be available up to 30 days in advance.

We look forward to providing our guests a refined dining experience in an upscale casual atmosphere, proudly served by our Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts students.

Our American Harvest a la carte Lunch menu changes daily, offering freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, delicious salads, creative entrees, and an extensive selection of tempting desserts. Prices typically hover around $25-$30 per person.

Our American Harvest International Dinner Buffet menu changes weekly, at $38.95 per adult, and $20 per child (12 & under).

Selden Standard’s fare features flavors born in local farms, captured at the peak of the season, prepared in their wood-fired oven, and served small plates-style in shareable portions. Complementing the menu are wines from small producers, distinctive brews, and cocktails to suit the seasons. Selden is rustic and casual, but with an ever-present eye for quality, creativity, and fun. Chef Andy Hollyday is a 2023 James Beard finalist and four-time semi-finalist.
