OBC Kitchen es un restaurante local dirigido por un chef, en donde ofrece una colección muy particular de bourbones, su variada selección de cervezas artesanales y una extensa lista de vinos. Los comensales están rodeados por madera de granero centenaria y mesas cerradas cubiertas de cuero mientras disfrutan de los excelentes platillos únicos en un ambiente de bar. El apasionado equipo fomenta un espíritu de hospitalidad y tradición de Kentucky. OBC Kitchen lleva el nombre de los condados que con el tiempo se convirtieron en Kentucky; los barriles de bourbon que se enviaban desde Kentucky a través del río Mississippi llevaban estampada la leyenda “Old Bourbon County” y se volvieron sinónimo del mejor bourbon de los Estados Unidos.
