   We showed up for our reservation which was set at 8pm and they told us they are not serving food.

   Food was good, our server had zero personality. We were sat in an area that was to be reserved for their night life so we felt rushed, had we known this never would've booked the reservation. Very disappointed

   We had a large party (40 people) and they accommodated us so well. The service was excellent, the entire staff was friendly and the food was good! Highly recommend for large groups (and small) looking for great music and good vibes!

   We made dinner reservations for 12 people for my daughter’s bachelorette party. The table they sat us at should have seated 8. I was at the end of a bench and couldn’t even reach the table. Had everyone not squeezed together, I would have had to placed the plate on my lap. Since everyone was so squished, they were hot and miserable. The server didn’t care in the least but did bring 2 barstools for us to sit in and hover over the table (no thank you). The server was rude, seemed put out by all of us and threw the bill on the table. I will not be going back to this location again. Maybe Gilbert but this location is not for eating, only drinks and partying. Which we wanted to do after dinner but everyone was in a bad mood when we finished.

   Our recent dinner experience at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row was quite mixed. Unfortunately, the food was not good, and the value for the dishes was disappointing. The service was neither timely nor helpful, which added to our frustration. However, the vibes and atmosphere of the place were impeccable, and the music was amazing. While we wouldn't return for the food or to sit at a table, we would come back just to enjoy the music and energy of the bar.

    Whole experience from booking the reservation to paying our bill was awful. For the reservation, I tried booking online but it said for 18ppl I had to call. Then when I called it took me back to the same link that told me I had to call. Then I left 2 different messages for mgmt to call me back- nothing. I called the actual restaurant- no answer. I submitted a question for them to call me back- nothing. Luckily I had also put in a request to inquire about bottle service because Mia was the only one who actually got back to me regarding that. When I told her we weren’t interested in bottle service anymore but needed help with the reservation she then told me to call their GM directly and he would assist. Tried that and it went to voicemail, but the inbox was full. Mia then told me to just make it for 12 online with a note that it was for 18 and she would tell the hostess to approve it. Honestly, after all of that I should have known this was going to be a dumpster fire dining experience. We waited 1 hour for just drinks to be served. Waited another hour for all our food and when it got there, we had missing orders and orders that were incorrect. So 2 hours at this point just to get our food when there were plenty of open tables and it was not packed when we ordered. Our server was apologetic and brought us “comped” shooters, but it was already so bad at that point, a 1 cent shooter couldn’t remedy the situation. On top of that, it was a good thing I checked the receipt because she charged us for an extra entree that no one even ordered. Our reservation was at 7 but we weren’t even done eating until around 9:15-9:30 since our food came out so late and by then they were itching to get us out of there so they could set up for bottle service. Our original plan was to stay there for drinks after dinner but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough after that experience. Really frustrating that they charge you a 22% auto grat and it was such an awful experience.
