Los copropietarios Brian Piccini, el chef executive Christopher Coombs y el gerente general/sommelier Jason Irving les invitan orgullosos a su bar restaurante galardonado, el Deuxave de Back Bay. La inspiración detrás de la "Nouvelle cuisine" estadounidense del restaurante es la estacionalidad, con atención a la colaboración con las granjas y proveedores de la mejor calidad, que surten al restaurante de los ingredientes locales más frescos, aumentando su esplendor. La atmósfera del lugar es sobria y elegante. El servicio muy bueno. La carta de vinos muy buena, sobresaliendo los franceses. A la comida le doy un 6.5 de 10 y el precio es elevado, pero eso es lógico en un restaurante de ese nivel.

We have been to Deuxave several times and have been very pleased. I called them personally to let them know that out of the six of us,two were celebrating an 80th birthday. We were given a long table for six rather than the round for six. From there, the service was extremely slow and when asked about what kind of meat was with the chicken dish, the gentleman was told that it was a half a chicken, so that included light and dark. When it arrived, it was only the white meat. The gentleman that ordered it was interested in having some dark also as that was his favorite. The table was slow to be cleared and it took a long time for any dish to arrive. Another table of six came in after us and was served and out of there before us. I was disappointed and embarrassed as there were two couples taking the third couple out to celebrate the 80th birthdays. Both of us that were hosting had been there before and thought this would be a very special place to take them, as the birthday couple had never been there before.😪

I don't believe I've ever given a 5-star before, but this restaurant was incredible at every level! The ambiance was perfect for a date night. The service was helpful and never rushed. The presentation of the food was top notch, and the taste of everything was incredible. It made for an incredible evening and I would definitely come back here again!

I’ve been here so many times and it’s always across the board a 10/10 Food last night, 10/10 with the exception of seriously overcooked and close to inedible French fries. Oddly, service was off. Incredibly slow, 2 full hours before entrees arrived. Waiter continually disappearing, was way preoccupied chatting it up with hostess desk, friends or downstairs. Finally had to ask the bar tender to close out our check. Very unusual for this place. Still our fave.

Went here for Valentine’s Day and had the 5 course tasting menu, no wine pairing. Sea Bass and Steak were both excellent. The meringue desert ice cream / sorbet with sponge cake was also fantastic. Overall, left satisfied with the food and service, but the restaurant is very overpriced.
