SO, con una decoración moderna y minimalista con madera oscura, líneas limpias y paredes despejadas, lleva al Soho el estilo del restaurante japonés contemporáneo. El bar de la planta baja es diáfano, mientras que el comedor y la tienda (la vajilla japonesa se encuentra colocada elegantemente en numerosas vitrinas) conducen a un comedor principal. Los muebles presentes son de madera, pero lacados casi en negro. La cocina suele ser muy buena: creativa sin ser exigente y gran parte de los ingredientes son orgánicos. El cliente, menú en mano, puede ver la selección de tempuras (preciosas) y después la oferta a la parrilla. Estos platillos decisivos, en particular la pata de Wagyu, y el cerdo ibérico, se cocinan en la cocina abierta sobre una parrilla yogan-yaki bastante especial que da como resultado un sabor único. Inspired by yakitori izakayas, Big Night is going to be putting seasonal British-ish produce on sticks and cooking it on our charcoal grill. The food will be simple, loud and fun, perfect to be eaten with a beer in hand and friends at your side.The menu will draw on a variety of influences rather than pretending to adhere to the concept of an authentic cuisine (this is not a Japanese restaurant). Food is always amazing, and so is the service. It was our first time trying the new menu and it was great - loved the new version of Hotate Kataifi!! But we missed the Maguro tataki so much - the experience is always a 10/10, but Holly’s service is just superior and made it even better! It’s the second time we get served by her, and she never misses a single detail, always smiling and attentive, but never intrusive. Definitely one of the reasons why we keep going back to the Shoreditch branch. Looking forward to be back🫶🏻
