Sitting upstairs, we had an amazing experience. The service was friendly, courteous and professional. The wines were well explained and suggested. The food was exceptional, the presentation of each dish elegant. And we loved the fact we could order half plates, which were very generous. This was a benchmark Melbourne experience. Olivine has transformed Pentridge into a stunning cocktail bar. The design of the space is impressive, and it’s not the only thing that's exquisite here - the food and cocktails are delicate and bursting with flavour, while the staff is consistently attentive.
