This restaurant has become our go to special event place. So few of these experiences remain. Not only is the food exquisite, but it’s almost a throwback to “fine dining“. The uniformed staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive. The last time we went for Thanksgiving, at the end of the meal, the waiter handed us his business card and recommended that the next time we came back, we asked for him and he would be sure we were well taken care of. Who does that? Totally amazing. Cannot recommend this highly enough. 

Carlos and his helpers were terrific! Everyone was attentive while providing us with amazing service. It was a wonderful way for my wife and I to spend Christmas Eve. The grilled vegetables and the spinach apps were delicious. The halibut was also very good. Tablao has become one of our favorite restaurants in Ridgefield.

Every dish was perfection. The service was attentive but not intrusive. I love drinks at the restaurant because they actually serve a real size drink not the thimble you tend to get at other places. Clams and linguine was outstanding because they used a thinner pasta so it didn't overwhelm the flavors. All in all a really fine restaurant. I will fro more often.
