Our mission is to preserve and promote the beautiful, bio diverse treasure that is heirloom, non-GMO Mexican corn. We work directly with local, small-scale farmers to ensure our grains are sourced in an ethical and sustainable way. Our authentic, fresh, small-batch recipes allow you to experience your favorite Mexican dishes the way they were meant to be — the same way we enjoyed them as kids! By introducing the Seattle community to our traditions, we hope that you'll fall in love with them as much as we have. Thank you for being a part of this journey. We w
