We had the set menu, lots of delicious food, great service, didn't have to wait long for food or drinks.

Great wine bar with excellent table service and tasty food if you are looking for a light meal and a quieter venue than some of the larger bars in the CBD. Highly recommended.

I did not remember the name of our waitress but she was outstanding and very polite. Lovely service from the team from start to finish. Everyone was smiling and the cooks were on the ball busy cooking masterpieces away. Amazing food and brilliant flavours! The drinks were beautiful and the noise level was pretty quiet. The crab pasta was divine, my friend admired it was one of the best pasta dishes they ever tried. The duck was amazing and tender, packed full of flavour and not over cooked. The scallop entree is unique using corn with it and they were very large portions for a starter (big scallops which means good value for money). Thank you so much and cannot wait to return! Highly reccomend you give this place a try if you are in the Enmore or Newtown area. Cheers! :)

This is the second time we have visited Shinmachi for an occasion and we weren’t disappointed. Great value food and great service ordered via a tablet. Super easy, and great for large groups or a quick meal. The specials are always amazing too - there’s always an imaginative new culinary delight on the menu!
