Terzo (tercero en italiano) propone un menú diario de unos 15 platillos pequeños y 5 grandes. El chef ejecutivo Mark Gordon se encarga de elaborar la oferta de cocina mediterránea. La carta de vinos incluye más de 80 marcas europeas y californianas, escogidas para ser maridadas con la comida.
