    《1938勞瑞絲牛排》必點NaPa膜拜酒🍷 最後一次吃勞瑞絲是他還在京華城的時期，那陣子吃太多次吃到膩了，所以已經很多年很久沒吃了。抱著一顆懷舊的心前來位於貴婦百貨六樓的新店，點了這間1938年創立的國際老店招牌牛排與配菜，與記憶中的味道今天表現得更好。 🎖最令人興奮的是竟然可以單杯組合三支Napa 的膜拜酒。 2021 CAYMUS Valley，2017 Joseph Phelps Insignia，2015 Opus one 第一樂章。不需揪一堆人就能用3990元品嚐超過4萬的酒，真的是非常非常超值。 🥇今天冠軍是2017 Joseph Phelps Insignia 無愧於20年RP超過90分，並曾經四年RP100分的膜拜酒。花朵的迷人芬芳，酒體飽滿、豐沛的黑莓風味伴隨獨特的大地礦石氣息，單寧厚實、尾韻新鮮迷人，奔放全場。 「沒有最好的品種，只有最好的品質。」—喬費普先生 Joe Phelps的加州混釀風潮成功了。 🥈比較可惜的是2015 Opus one 第一樂章，雖然他非常有名氣，但仍然太年輕，酒體強健但未甦醒，也許10年後再開，他會更迷人。

    相隔了十年再度回來這間用餐，依舊覺得新店這家西堤牛排裝潢最喜歡～可惜的是好像沒有見到以前的店員了😅

    當天是假日，人潮眾多，座位安排上沒問題，但等候出餐時間有點久，有加價99元升級和食為抹茶麵，可惜裡頭有一根頭髮。主食黑糖燒豚排，燒烤的表皮有點硬，在切割及咀嚼上不太容易，也因此影響到整體感受，其他就都很好了。
