Love this place. No notes, except to say that the cocktails and service are nothing short of exceptional. Can’t recommend Amarillo enough. Bloody gorgeous.

Our flight from Sydney to Melbourne was delayed so we called the restaurant and Alex said they would keep the kitchen open for us. We ordered over the phone and everything was ready when we arrived. Alex made an off- menu cocktail for us too. The service throughout was amazing, especially Raquel who was really attentive and just wanted us to have a nice evening after the stress of the flight. The food is awesome and great value and there are some smashing wines on offer. Thank you Alex and Raquel and the whole El Rincon team for a delicious welcome to Melbourne!
