Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. la comida estuvo muy rica pero la porcion de paella fue muy pequeña para lo que esperabamos. La mesera nos dijo que con dos porciones para 4 era suficiente y la verdad era menos de la mitad de una paella normal. Era rica pero caro para el tamaño de la porcion. La atencion fue muy amable.

Estaba todo bastante bueno, aunque algunos de los platos calientes estaban solo templados. En general hay un buen servicio y todos los trabajadores son muy amables
