At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Really enjoyed our experience. The food was great and the staff was wonderful. My cocktail was a little strong to where first drink you just taste alcohol instead of flavors of the liquor. Although, my husband's was perfect. We would definitely go back.
