Great Sunday Lunch after a long walk in a lovely environment.

2 for 1 on Haddock and chips made this such good value. Superb quality, friendly service Fish - fresh, meaty, flaky Batter - crispy and light Chips - homemade Tartare sauce - yummy Highly Recommended ⭐️🙌🏻

A lovely warm atmosphere, candles and fires made the pub cosy and welcoming on a frosty evening. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and our main courses and dessert were very well cooked with subtle and tasty sauces.

Excellent food and service. Staff were attentive and enjoyable to chat with.

Such an amazing location. We sat indoors today, (booking is advisable) but outdoors is also lovely when it’s not raining or blowing a gale. We have been walking (It’s only accessible by boat , bike or on foot ) to The Turf for 40 years and so were keen to try it under its new management. We were not disappointed and definitely will be back again soon.
