The service was quite slow, and putting a 12.5% service charge on a party of 4 should quite frankly be illegal. I know you can ask for it to be taken off but it's embarrassing to do this. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food, we all had the midweek carvery, was excellent. Dessert was the hot drink and mini pudding was fantastic! Plenty of drinking options too.
