Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken.     We were there on day 1 of a massive WA power outage.where most of east side seattle was experiencing a blackout and the few restaurants that were open had a 90 mins wait and frazzled skeleton staff. We drive around for a while and decided to make a last attempt at Redmond Town center and see if we could find a decent place with a reasonable wait. you never would have known this was all happening based on our experience at Matt’s. We were greeted and seated promptly. The staff were so cheerful and we were very hungry and our server took our order right away. I had the halibut fish tacos. Delicious and substantial pieces of fish in the 2 tacos. My friend enjoyed her steak bites and fries. I hadn’t been to Matt’s in years but will return after this experience.
