Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. Absolutely loved the food. The service was also excellent, and super attentive. The only negative was we had the big round table very close to the opening and the noise from the Atrium is quite loud and so we had to shout to hear each other. But otherwise fab restaurant - the food was delicious.

We had a divinely delicious vegetarian lunch at the Sapore Vero, and an equally heavenly dessert. We can't praise it highly enough. It is genuinely Italian cuisine and all freshly home made, and you could taste the difference.
