Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. Very good food and great fresh ingredients. Service was a tiny little bit slow considering the restaurant was kind of empty but everyone was friendly. Desserts are super good. Will definitely recommend it!

It was an outstanding experience. We will be rushing back. The staff were impeccable, the food was outstanding and they went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special birthday. We could not recommend anywhere more highly. Thank you so much.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was really flavoursome, plenty of options and big portions, (I had the seafood risotto, surprisingly plenty of seafood). We ordered a cocktail which was not to our liking and the staff kindly let us change to an alternate, removing the others off the bill. I’d definitely come again!
