A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty!     Great neighborhood spot that we travel to form a different neighborhood. We loved this space when it was Prime Meats and are happy that they have kept the interior largely intact. Pizza was delicious as were the drinks and apps we ordered. The service was lovely and the general vibe was buzzy but relaxed. Am already looking forward to our next visit.

    As always an absolutely amazing time! The staff, food and place is simply incredible! A hidden gem in the heart of Ridgewood! Definitely must try and I tell everyone about it! Love this place!

    Young and sceney and honestly I’m not part of that scene, but I was there on a Saturday night with my six-year-old and everybody was super welcoming. It was a great vibe. It was really really fun and we would definitely be back.

    I had a wonderful experience. We had a table for eight. I had reservations before hand they sat us right away. The food was excellent. The service we got was very good. They were right on the ball the table spacing was very good in the dining area. and the prices were very fair. Nothing too expensive except for the steak otherwise my party had a very fine dining experience. I would recommend it.
