Our philosophy is to source the best local ingredients and let these speak for themselves.Older children are welcome however we cannot permit children under ten years old due to safety requirements and some mature themes within our décor. We do not offer a children's menu.

Join us in our newest addition at Pittwater - Glasshouse Grill. Our bespoke kitchen has 2 natural coal grills. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals. Our seasonal menu is bursting with flavour, our Chefs use fresh regional produce sourced as locally and organically as possible, selected for flavour and sustainability, prepared with minimum fuss so that their natural quality shines through...you’ll certainly be spoilt for choice.

The Bower Manly is a locally owned and operated business, with a passionate Northern Beaches based crew. We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. The Bower is a local's favourite, serving up some of the best coffee in Manly with arguably the best view of Shelly Beach. It’s always nice to go to Glasshouse restaurant, but the past two times when I’ve ordered the small size chicken Parma’ it was overcooked and hard. I had to request the gravy which wasn’t with the meal. I think they may be rushing meals and that causes cooking too fast.

Food was amazing and service excellent. Nice atmosphere and they were happy to turn the music down a bit as my wife is a little hard if hearing. Very attentive and accomodating service too. A glass of wine included with the Thursday specials was very appreciated.

A surprising and happy find. Eclectic menu of smaller share type items with great flavours. Service was very good and friendly and there was a really happy vibe about the place. I didn't see anything on menu for kids so check that if you have younger ones. Interesting wine selection, a bit on the expensive side for what it was. Local beer was very nice. Overall a very good night out for our family reunion in Sydney
