Since 1976, when Antoine Hedary and his family of 9 arrived from Lebanon and opened their first Lebanese restaurant in Ft. Worth, Texas, Hedary’s has been delighting critics and diners alike with their commitment to using natural, fresh, high quality ingredients. George Hedary continues this legacy in Allen, Texas, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. This is George’s third restaurant; his first was in the Promenade Shopping Center in Richardson, Texas in 1988. Hedary’s uses traditional recipes and culinary techniques and is committed to providing food that is fresh and flavorful without the use of preservatives or unatural additives. You will find that the pickles, yogurt and bread are cured, brined, fermented and bakedin-house and that many of the the herbs and vegetables come from the organic garden located in the front of the restaurant.
