Enjoy a great array of freshly cooked dishes. Magnificent dishes are cooked by Chef Akira. Relax and enjoy lunch or dinner whilst making the most of the gorgeous views of our 33 acre landscaped gardens and The River Thames.The theme of the Omakase course is a fusion of Japanese cuisine with local British and European ingredients. For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes. We use the fresh Japanese wagyu beef for our starters and sushi, and we also use the Japanese techniques of curing local fish of Europe - using kombu seaweed - to bring out the best of the ingredients. Omakase course is £150 pp (£195 with wine & sake pairing)All the guests (10-12 covers) will be seated on the same time on 1 long table. We love the food at S&S and always enjoy coming to the restaurant, however on the last few occasions the service is so hit and miss! The waiters seem so indifferent and not very attentive, the orders are sometimes wrong or forgotten and missed, you have to remind the staff or request little things like plates and water. Overall, the main thing that needs to be improved is the service.

A lovely evening out. The food was very tasty (we both had the Bibimbap set menu) and service was friendly and attentive. Our meal arrived quickly and we had a great little table in the window. Highly recommended.
