We are a relaxed, family-welcoming Italian restaurant on Sydney's beautiful coastal hub. We are Coogee's oldest Italian restaurant, owned and operated by the Lombardo family for more than 20 years. Modern, family Italian is one of the simplest, most enjoyable cuisines the world over, and La Spiaggia is loyal to this ethos. With many of Italy's most famous exports on our menu , we customise our good food with a woodfire oven, and by hand-making most of our pastas. We also source the best possible ingredient for all dishes, whether that be local Australian or imported Italian, from fresh seafood daily to the best Italian cheeses.     Loved the restaurant. The maitre d was exceptional and looked after us . Even gave us a complementary drink for the inconvenience of us getting lost finding the entry !!!

    We were there for a friends birthday lunch. The service was great, I believe the person looking after us was Kara. Really friendly, helpful.food was amazing, as was the wine choice. I was a little worried at first that we would be in the wine cellar. Was not sure if it would be too small, but it was actually really nice. We have been there before and definitely go back.

    The view was breathtaking. The food and staff were excellent. It was not hard getting to Bondi from Sydney the day after New Year. We took a walk along the Bondi - Cooge beach walk before dinner. Highly recommend the walk. I will definitely go back. No view tops the view we had. My mom had a lovely birthday dinner. The staff made it extra special.
