Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. All main meals were delicious, and all desserts were 10/10. We shared Pavlova, Chocolate Mousse and Nougat Semi Freddo. The restaurant was very busy for a Thursday lunch but all meals arrived at the same time, drinks were plentiful and the service in very busy circumstances was very very good.

We had our directors and partners lunch at the restaurant today 11 December and it was excellent. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious, wine list excellent and we all walked away happy. Lastly, the Tesoro Christmas hampers were very well received. Thank you to the TG team.

Absolutely delicious lunch for a birthday celebration. Every dish was fantastic and we loved the premium wines by the glass. The service staff connected with us and knew when to drift in and out without interruption. We had a lot of dishes and truly believe every dish on the menu would be a winner. As an aside, avoid the underground car park if your car might get caught on the unusually sloped driveway. We heard three cars scrape it, including our own. There is plenty of other parking around and will be worth any walk in the rain!
