Goldies’ menu focuses on the use of a wood-fired grill, with a selection of small and large plates connected by rich, smoky flavours. Highlights include a Merguez Scotch Egg with harissa mayonnaise, Marinated Baby Chicken with smoked yoghurt, and Grilled Wild Mushrooms, Baby Leek, and a confit egg yolk. In a nod to the founders’ French roots, variations of the iconic Frites are the signature of the restaurant, which are hand-cut and twice-cooked, in either beef dripping or vegetable oil.The design of the space is centred on the expertise of wood-fired cooking, with kitchen counter seating to create a dramatic dining experience for guests. Great food, I had the Lamb Tacos for a starter and for the mains I had the Argentine Sirloin Steak (Medium) and fries. The steak was juicy and super tasty. The fries were addictive. All in all the food was amazing. The whole place had a happy friendly ambience. The customers all looked happy and we're enjoying their respective food orders. The place attracted a decent crowd as well, it was a family friendly place, The staff was also very friendly. I couldn't fault the place at all. Eating here was a pleasure. Good people making good food for good people in a good place 10/10

Great service, from the welcome, sitting down and letting us decide on suitable seating area. The place was like an art deco gallery, they have put a lot of effort to make sure the experience is remembered. Food mains were fantastic, not a fan of the starters, maybe tweaking the flavours and cooking may be needed. Best dish honey glazed wings as per my colleagues.
