Bramleys is a family owned restaurant based in Oakwood, North London. Our focus is to use the freshest seasonal produce. Our kitchen works with local suppliers in order to minimise wastage as much as possible, while caring for the environment. Our ultimate goal is to extract as much as we can from every single ingredient while creating this unique, flavoursome menu.The food will be paired with an exclusive wine list as well as some amazing cocktails, mocktails, spirits and drinks in general. Goldies’ menu focuses on the use of a wood-fired grill, with a selection of small and large plates connected by rich, smoky flavours. Highlights include a Merguez Scotch Egg with harissa mayonnaise, Marinated Baby Chicken with smoked yoghurt, and Grilled Wild Mushrooms, Baby Leek, and a confit egg yolk. In a nod to the founders’ French roots, variations of the iconic Frites are the signature of the restaurant, which are hand-cut and twice-cooked, in either beef dripping or vegetable oil.The design of the space is centred on the expertise of wood-fired cooking, with kitchen counter seating to create a dramatic dining experience for guests. The interiors are cosy, with contemporary decoration, terracotta warm tones and a groovy musical atmosphere. Goldies features a noteworthy terrace that fits 30 guests.

At the heart of the offerings are Cumbrian steaks from Britain’s Lake District, featuring single-serve options like the 8oz dry-aged fillet sirloin and Hereford fillet on the bone, alongside the Boston rib Côte de boeuf, priced per 100g for sharing with the table.As for those less carnivorously inclined, we’d recommend the romesco-spiked Globe artichoke barigoule to start and the Cornish Turbot on the bone dotted with Atlantic surf clam pil pil to share.

La colorida colección de arte contemporáneo confiere al espacio un aspecto cálido y acogedor donde destaca la cocina abierta, con su parrilla de carbón diseñada a medida. La parrilla fue fabricada a medida en Argentina y se utiliza para cocinar carne de res y de caza, así como pescados y mariscos. El restaurante 34 Mayfair ofrece filetes añejados en seco de ganado vacuno criado al aire libre, carne de Wagyu australiano y carne de res de calidad USDA Prime proveniente de la granja Creekstone. El menú incluye brunch dominical y platillos deliciosos, como omelette de langosta Thermidor, frittata de cangrejo con espárragos a la parrilla y hot cake con mantequilla, tocino y jarabe de arce. El bar ha obtenido numerosos reconocimientos y es el lugar ideal para comer o disfrutar de un aperitivo. Cuenta con un pianista todas las noches y un trío de jazz los fines de semana.

one of my favourite restaurants in london. scrap that, one of my favourite anywhere. if you’re a meat lover it’s the very best of the Argentinian steakhouse experience. when that hot plate comes out with generous, perfectly cooked ‘hunks’ of meat and provolone melting by its side, you can’t help regret any stomach space you’ve wasted in the previous 24 hours. Venue itself has an unpretentious, authentic feel to it, and the staff are always cool, easy going & friendly. just an all round great experience, and very reasonably priced. the only negative - it takes over an hour for me to get there from north west london!
