La parrilla fue fabricada a medida en Argentina y se utiliza para cocinar carne de res y de caza, así como pescados y mariscos. El restaurante 34 Mayfair ofrece filetes añejados en seco de ganado vacuno criado al aire libre, carne de Wagyu australiano y carne de res de calidad USDA Prime proveniente de la granja Creekstone. El menú incluye brunch dominical y platillos deliciosos, como omelette de langosta Thermidor, frittata de cangrejo con espárragos a la parrilla y hot cake con mantequilla, tocino y jarabe de arce.
